1.The first unwinding tension is set between the first unwinding area and the coating area;
2.Channel tension is set between the coating area and the laminating area;
3.The second unwinding tension is set between the second unwinding area and the laminating area;
4.Rewinding tension, that is the forth tension area, it is set between the laminating area and rewinding area;
The above 4 tension area, because they have different working scenarios and dealing with different working content, Trend’s R&D engineers adopts different tension devices to overcome the tension problems in each working area.
- The first unwinding tension is in the active unwinding area. When unwinding, if the base material the user purchased is not high precision, then the base material will inevitably beat eccentricity around the roller after unwinding. This causes the base material at different locations on the roller to expand to different lengths at the same time. This is a high-frequency process, so Trend engineers installed a floating roller tension control system in the unwinding area. This device can quickly absorb the abnormal length of the base material when unwinding, so that the base material flat into the coating area.
- The function of channel tension is to control the tiny longitudinal elongation of coated base material in the process of transmission, as well as the tension fluctuation caused by roller and shaft beating in the process of high-speed transmission. Thus, Trend engineers have installed a tension sensor control system with high accuracy and sensitivity.
- Second unwinding tension, if the base material has treated corona in unwinding , then the heat generated by electric spark may make the film material soft, in the process of stretching, the film will be extended, so the second unwinding tension will be slightly smaller than the channel tension. Trend engineers installed a floating roller tension control system in the second unwinding area in order to prevent the negative consequences of film stretching caused by the user's non-standard operation process. This device can quickly absorb the abnormal length of the base material when unwinding, so that the base material flat into the coating area.
- Rewinding tension. In the winding section, with the gradual increase of the rewinding diameter, the tension and rewinding speed need to change to ensure that the
laminate film will not fold, broken material and other undesirable phenomena.
