   How to choose solventless laminating machine

No matter which country you choose from the supplier of solvent-free laminating machine, the equipment has the same basic function, is the use of adhesives, two or three kinds of film like base material bonding into a laminate film. But the quality of the final laminate product produced by solvent-free laminating machine supplied by different manufacturers is different. there have the difference of good and bad. Including the obvious appearance difference of laminated product as well as the quality of the post-processing. And there are many factors affecting the quality of the laminate product, in addition to the quality of the laminate base material itself and adhesives, the more critical is the precision of the body structure of the solvent-free equipment itself.
 
 
 
  How to judge whether the body structure of the solventless laminating machine is precise
 
 
 
 
Solventless laminating machine regularly contains glue supply unit, coating unit, laminating unit and rewinding(unwinding) unit. Based on the special requirement of client, corona treatment unit will be also added in some case, or combined with dry type laminating machine into a online production line. These units are connected by a number of guide rollers and electrical (gas) control system. So in the laminating process, the cooperation between units and units is very important. There are two things that are emphasized most in cooperative work: First, work units should be tightly connected; Second, The existence value of each unit of work should be maximized. 1.At the beginning of the coating, the A/B glue in the glue supply system enters the valve of the glue mixing area to complete the glue preparation work.
2.Then complete the glue mixing by sealing system
3.Then the reciprocating gluing device will fill the coating adhesive between the rubber roller and the metering roller,
4.Then through the relative rotation of transfer rubber roller, coating roller and coating press roller, coating to the first layer of laminating base material film evenly.
6.The first layer of laminating base film will meet the second layer of laminating base film at the entrance of laminating unit by the guiding of guide roller
7.Then they enter the laminating area together for laminating work,
8.After finished the laminating work, the laminated film enter the rewinding work under the traction of guide roller.

  How does Polaris 02 solventless laminating machine work together?
 
 
The same with all other solventless laminating machine, Polaris 02 solventless laminating machine work process totally have 7 working area. They are gluing area, first unwinding area, coating area, second unwinding area, laminating area, rewinding area and curing area. In this process, the equipment needs to output the appropriate tension in the first unwinding area, coating area, second unwinding area, laminating area, and rewinding area, so that the laminate base material can be successfully completed under the operation of starting, shutting down, acceleration or deceleration:

1.Let the first unwinding area complete the coating evenly on the specified track;
2.Let the base material in first unwinding area and second unwinding area enter the laminating area flat at the same speed and at the same time to complete the laminating;
3.When rewinding, the center of the laminate film can not have folds; In the process of rewinding, the film material can not be broken;
 
 
 
 
Therefore, in the work process, Polaris 02 solventless laminating machine set up four tension zones to cooperate with the operation of each unit in the equipment smoothly handover

1.The first unwinding tension is set between the first unwinding area and the coating area;
2.Channel tension is set between the coating area and the laminating area;
3.The second unwinding tension is set between the second unwinding area and the laminating area;
4.Rewinding tension, that is the forth tension area, it is set between the laminating area and rewinding area;

The above 4 tension area, because they have different working scenarios and dealing with different working content, Trend’s R&D engineers adopts different tension devices to overcome the tension problems in each working area.
  • The first unwinding tension is in the active unwinding area. When unwinding, if the base material the user purchased is not high precision, then the base material will inevitably beat eccentricity around the roller after unwinding. This causes the base material at different locations on the roller to expand to different lengths at the same time. This is a high-frequency process, so Trend engineers installed a floating roller tension control system in the unwinding area. This device can quickly absorb the abnormal length of the base material when unwinding, so that the base material flat into the coating area.
  • The function of channel tension is to control the tiny longitudinal elongation of coated base material in the process of transmission, as well as the tension fluctuation caused by roller and shaft beating in the process of high-speed transmission. Thus, Trend engineers have installed a tension sensor control system with high accuracy and sensitivity.
  • Second unwinding tension, if the base material has treated corona in unwinding , then the heat generated by electric spark may make the film material soft, in the process of stretching, the film will be extended, so the second unwinding tension will be slightly smaller than the channel tension. Trend engineers installed a floating roller tension control system in the second unwinding area in order to prevent the negative consequences of film stretching caused by the user's non-standard operation process. This device can quickly absorb the abnormal length of the base material when unwinding, so that the base material flat into the coating area.
  • Rewinding tension. In the winding section, with the gradual increase of the rewinding diameter, the tension and rewinding speed need to change to ensure that the
laminate film will not fold, broken material and other undesirable phenomena.
