Main Features Of The Machine


  • The whole machine is controlled by bus technology to realize logic control and protection;

  • Dc busbar feeding technology is used to reduce energy consumption of equipment;

  • 5 Closed-loop tension control and display;

  • External double-station rewinding and unwinding unit;

  • Coating film, lamination film with EPC correction;

  • Heavy pneumatic doctor scraper;

  • Coating pressure roller and the coating roller are driven separately to prevent the film from sliding between the coating pressure roller and the coating roller;

  • Gravure coating roller trolley;

  • In order to improve the coating flatness of coated surface and increase the transparency of composite film, a coating roller is arranged;

  • The whole length of 10.8 meters is high efficiency and energy saving detachable porous plate and slot air mouth desiccant structure;

  • The rewinding tension is set by the tapering tension setting device of any feeding on the touch screen, and a variety of feeding tension curves can be set arbitrarily to obtain the ideal feeding effect.

  • After the improvement of the material receiving part receiving structure, can minimize the automatic feeding process in the paper tube core of the crumple and other waste.
