Coating amount of solventless lamination generally between 0.8～3.0 g/m2, coating amount of some common structures as below:
- 普通塑/塑复合：0.8～1.5 g/m2
Ordinary plastic/plastic lamination: 0.8～1.5 g/m2
- 镀铝膜复合：1.4～1.8 g/m2
Aluminizing film lamination: 1.4～1.8 g/m2
- 纸/塑复合：2.0～3.0 g/m2
Paper/plastic lamination: 2.0～3.0 g/m2
In practical production, the coating amount of adhesive with higher viscosity is also slightly larger for the same structure and application.
