In the Sinomech Triplex product series, there are three scenarios: high station, middle station, and low station.
High Station Triplex refers to a Triplex device where at least one unwinding or rewinding station is higher than the normal operating station. For instance, in Figure 1, the S2 unwinding station is at a high position, used for unwinding aluminum foil, as shown in Figure 2, the high-station aluminum foil Triplex device.

Middle (or Level) station Triplex refers to a Triplex device where all unwinding and rewinding stations are at the same or similar height as the normal operating station. As shown in Figure 3 and Figure 4.

Low station Triplex refers to a Triplex device where at least one unwinding or rewinding station is lower than the normal operating station. For example, in Figure 5, S1 (below the coating station) and the standalone rewinding station (below the laminating station). Figure 6 illustrates the low-station (dual-machine inline) Triplex device.

In conclusion, Sinomech provides not only a single type of Triplex device but a range of Triplex application solutions. The high-station, middle (level) station, or low-station models are closely integrated with the composite structure, designed with the fundamental goal of optimizing the onboard process flow.
